How do I know if Uelz is for me? How do I choose my plan?

Uelz is perfect for those who want to simplify the collection process with their clients. It doesn´t  matter the size of the business or the sector. Choose your plan according to the billing volume of your business. If you have questions or think you have a particular case, contact us and we will assign you a personalized plan.

How does Pay-per-use work?

At Uelz we believe that in order to get to know the product thoroughly you must test it, therefore, our trial period consists of 30 days of free use of the platform

What does customized plan mean?

If you invoice more than €100,000 per month, at Uelz we will contact you and assign you a personal agent who will help you design a unique plan adapted to your business needs.

How much does Uelz charge for each transaction?

Uelz does not charge anything for transactions. The collection of the commission for each transaction depends on the payment gateway with which it is made.

What happens if exceed the billing limit?

If you exceed the maximum billing allowed within your plan, Uelz will apply an extra charge of 1% only of the total amount exceeded.

Can I change plans whenever I want?

Yes. In the case of annual payment, if you upgrade your plan, you will only pay the difference in price proportional to the time remaining until the year is up. For example, if you have a plan contracted until December, and you want to make the change in June, you will pay the difference in price between the current plan and the plan you want to contract, for each month that you have left (6 months in this case).
